Learn how to draft your own tailored trouser block to your measurements.
This workshop will begin with taking a thorough set of measurements which will then be used to create your personal trouser block. This block can then be used as a starting point for making trousers with the perfect fit.
You will need to bring your own sewing machine and tools (i.e scissors, pins, etc) to sew your toile during the workshop. If you can’t bring your sewing machine I have spare machines you can use.
You will also need a pencil or pen, rubber, sharpener etc. a notebook is also handy to have to keep notes. I will have frixion pens and markers to use but if you have any you can bring those too.
Pattern paper, calico and a curved ruler will be supplied along with all worksheets. The book we will be working from is Metric Pattern Cutting by Winifred Aldrich. If you have a copy of this you can bring it with you.
